If you encounter any technical issues or defects with a file or subscription, you must notify us in writing at support@grafixdepot.net within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date. Upon verification of the issue, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or attempt to resolve the problem. Please note: no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
