Extended License

Purchasing an Extended License from GrafixDepot.net grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the digital file (“Item”) in unlimited printed projects or jobs.
You may use the Item to create unlimited printed End Products for yourself or for your clients, where the client is charged for the final product.

This license is ideal for wrap shops, sign companies, and creative professionals producing multiple printed graphics such as wraps, murals, decals, or banners.

What You Can Do

• Use the Item in unlimited printed projects or client jobs.
• Modify, resize, recolor, or combine the Item with other design elements.
• Print and sell the final, physical products to your clients.
• Use Items in wraps, signage, or other printed applications that integrate the design into a larger printed work.
• Continue using any registered printed designs even if your subscription ends (see Subscription Terms).

What You Cannot Do

• Use the Item for digital-only projects such as websites, videos, or social media graphics.
• Redistribute, resell, or share the Item in editable form.
• Include the Item in any stock library, asset pack, or template collection.
• Use the Item in any on-demand or build-your-own platform where end users create or modify designs.
• Claim ownership or exclusive rights to the original Item.

End Product Definition

An End Product is a physically printed work where the licensed Item is integrated into a larger, custom design.
Examples include:

• Printed vehicle or boat wraps
• Printed wall murals or decals
• Printed banners, signs, or display graphics

Digital-only uses are not permitted under this license.

Subscription Terms

If your Extended License was obtained through a GrafixDepot.net subscription plan:

• You may use licensed Items to create new printed End Products only while your subscription is active.
• If your subscription ends, you may no longer create new printed End Products using those Items.
• Any previously registered printed uses remain covered under your license.
• Digital redistribution or resale remains prohibited at all times.

Additional Notes

• The Extended License allows unlimited printed use but does not transfer ownership of the Item.
• All Items remain the intellectual property of GrafixDepot.net or their original creators.
• This license is non-transferable and may not be shared or resold.
