Purchasing & Downloads

Q: What are my purchasing options on GrafixDepot?
A: You can choose from two flexible options:
Single Downloads: Pay only for the items you need, when you need them.
1-Year Subscription: Get unlimited access to our entire collection of stock graphics for 12 months.

Once you've signed up for the subscription, you're all set. Just visit grafixdepot.net, log in, and you'll see:
– All product prices are listed as $0.00
– The "Add to Cart" button has been replaced by a Download button

Q: How do I access my downloads?
A: After purchasing or subscribing, your files will be instantly available in your account dashboard. A download link is also emailed to you.

Q: What file formats do your graphics come in?
A: Assets are delivered in high-resolution PNG, JPG, EPS, or layered PSD formats. Each product page specifies the included formats.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can download my purchases?
A: No limits! If you’ve purchased items individually, you can re-download them anytime. Subscribers can download unlimited items during their active subscription.

Licensing & Usage

Q: Can I use these graphics for multiple clients?
A: Yes! Our royalty-free license allows unlimited use across multiple clients and commercial projects—no extended licensing needed.

Q: Do I need to credit GrafixDepot when I use the assets?
A: No attribution is required, though you're welcome to give credit if you’d like.

Q: Are there any usage restrictions?
A: Yes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the graphics as standalone assets, or use them in a way that competes directly with GrafixDepot.

Account & Support

Q: Do I need an account to make a purchase?
A: No manual setup is required. You can check out as a guest, and we’ll automatically create an account using your email so you can access your downloads later.

Q: How do I log in to access my files?
A: Go to grafixdepot.net and click “Login.” Enter the email address used at checkout, and a one-time passcode will be emailed to you. Use it to log in and access your purchases and downloads.

Q: I lost my download link. How can I get my files again?
A: Log in using your email and one-time passcode. Your download history is available anytime under your account dashboard.

Q: Can I request custom graphics or edits?
A: Yes! We offer custom graphics. Email us at custom@grafixdepot.net and let us know a bit about your project. We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours, depending on our workload.

Billing & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for fast and secure checkout.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you have an issue with a file or subscription, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll assist you.
